Who We Are

Jev Agent is an independent platform for building AI agents on Jev, a model made by TypeSafe AI. Jev Agent is not affiliated with or endorsed by TypeSafe AI.

Information We Collect

  1. Account information — your name, email address and a hash of your password when you create an account, or the profile details your sign-in provider shares with us.
  2. Early access details — the page you joined from, the plan or feature you said you are interested in, and when you joined the queue.
  3. Usage data — pages visited and basic device and browser information, used to keep the site working and to improve it.
  4. Support requests — the messages, and any images you attach, when you open a support ticket from your account settings.
  5. Cookies — a session cookie that keeps you signed in and a preference for your theme.

How We Use Your Information

  • To run your account and let you sign in.
  • To email you when your early access spot opens, and to send service notices you need to know about.
  • To understand which features people want, using aggregate interest data.
  • To answer your support tickets.
  • To detect and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Jev Requests

During the current early access phase, the demos on this site show illustrative samples written by us. Nothing you do on these pages is sent to TypeSafe AI or any other model provider. When live access opens, the state and questions you submit will be forwarded to the Jev API — operated by TypeSafe AI or by a gateway we will name at that time — to produce your answers. We will update this policy before that happens.

Payments

We do not take payments yet. When paid plans open, card details will be handled by our payment processor and we will not store full card numbers.

Retention and Deletion

We keep account and early access data while your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and the data associated with it at any time by opening a support ticket from your account settings.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Open a support ticket from your account settings to exercise these rights.

We will post changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
